JOIN US: Team Liaison
Legends Athletic Supply is looking to grow our network of Team Liaisons to help connect local teams, coaches, schools, leagues, and sports families with uniforms, equipment, spirit wear, and team store solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who is already active in the sports community and wants a flexible way to earn income while building relationships and supporting local athletes, without hourly commitments or weekly expectations. Legends Team Liaisons help identify team needs, make introductions, share product options, support follow-up, and connect customers with the Legends team for quotes, orders, and service.
Expectations
Legends Team Liaisons are expected to build and maintain positive relationships in their local sports community, make warm introductions to coaches and team decision-makers, communicate professionally, and follow up consistently.
This role is flexible and part-time, but it does require reliability, responsiveness, and clear communication. Team Liaisons should represent Legends with honesty, professionalism, and a service-first mindset.
Team Liaisons may attend games, practices, tournaments, school events, league events, and community sports activities as part of their relationship-building efforts.
Compensation
This is a performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Commissions are paid on qualifying sales generated through the Team Liaison’s relationships and introductions, with the commission package growing as business continues to develop.
