Volleyball programs should plan the primary jersey, contrasting libero option, bottoms, practice apparel, warmups, and bags together so colors, cuts, and decoration stay consistent.
Core volleyball package
Primary game jersey
Clearly contrasting libero jersey
Shorts or other approved bottoms
Practice shirt or reversible
Warmup jacket and pant
Knee pads, socks, team bag, and coach apparel as needed
Libero contrast comes first
The libero jersey must be readily distinguishable under the rules that govern the competition. A subtle pattern or trim change may not create enough contrast.
Compare the full jersey body color
Check front and back views
Keep numbers readable
Do not assume a digital mockup proves legal contrast
Document which garment is the libero jersey
Fit and comfort
Use the intended competition garment for sizing and let the athlete test normal movement.
Record jersey and bottom sizes separately
Confirm available cuts
Check torso length and arm opening
Test opacity and layering
Approve number position on every cut
Ordering sequence
Select products and colors before tryouts
Have size samples ready
Approve art before the roster deadline when possible
Release the roster as soon as teams are set
Keep a process for call-ups and replacements
