We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Manager to help grow our customer base and support athletes, teams, and coaches with high-quality gear and service.
This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background working with amateur sports leagues, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, trusted relationships within the high school, travel team, and college sports networks, and bring a proven ability to drive revenue growth, optimize operations, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth (80%)
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Pursue new business through outbound sales calls, school visits, and community networking.
Build trusted relationships with high school, travel team, and college coaches, athletic directors, and program coordinators.
Conduct product presentations, sample showings, and team store walkthroughs.
Manage the full sales cycle—prospecting, quoting, invoicing, closing, and payment collection.
Maintain detailed notes, pipeline updates, and customer records in the CRM system.
Maintain a knowledge of inventory and availability.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across uniforms, equipment, and spirit wear.
Participate in local tournaments, showcases, and events to represent the Legends brand.
Customer Relationship Management (20%)
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Ensure exceptional customer service through clear communication and timely follow-ups.
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability details.
Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally, escalating when appropriate.

Qualifications
Passion for sports and strong familiarity with high school, travel, or college athletics.
0–2 years of sales experience preferred; experience in sports apparel, equipment, or uniforms is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Highly organized with excellent follow-through and time-management skills.
Comfortable using technology (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
Self-motivated, competitive, and able to work independently in a goal-driven environment.
Willingness to travel locally to schools, events, and tournaments (mileage reimbursement provided).
Preferred: Existing relationships in the Atlanta athletics community.
