A baseball order should be planned around four groups: game uniforms, player protection, shared team equipment, and practice or field needs. Separating those groups makes the budget and approval process easier.
Game uniform checklist
Jersey or jerseys
Baseball pants with selected cut, length, and piping
Fitted, adjustable, or performance cap
Belt and socks
Optional undershirt, pullover, jacket, or team bag
Coach apparel
Player and team equipment
Batting helmets appropriate to league and age group
Catcher helmet, chest protector, and leg guards

Name, number, and sponsor placement
Do not guess on bat eligibility
Bat rules vary by age, league, tournament, and governing body. A legal bat in one competition may not be legal in another.
Identify the sanction
Confirm certification mark, barrel limit, and drop requirement
Document age division and season
Keep the rule link with the purchase record
Reorder planning
Save manufacturer styles and color codes
Keep artwork, fonts, number style, and cap logo files
Ask how long the style should remain available
Reserve extra numbers and common sizes
Separate late additions from the approved roster
